Inspired by the thought of quantum entanglement – imagining a non-scientific approach of connecting with someone on the other end of the world. Yoh Morishita and Marija Jociūtė meet and spend time together talking about their experience around “Saudade”, melancholy yearning towards people who they miss. Yoh dances and Marija plays music for and to their missing parts, scattered. The hypersensitivity of the body and music visualize their impossible attempts.

dancing for a person who is on the other side of the world

I wish you hear me
I wish you feel me

There is the earth we step on
There is the air we breathe in
There is the sky we look at

When I blink
When my eyelashes flutter
I wish you meet a beautiful butterfly
