Studien in experimentellem Theater am Dramatischen Zentrum Wien und in zeitgenössischem Tanz in Österreich, Deutschland, Spanien und New York (Auslandsstipendien des BMWFK 92 & 95 am N.Y Dance Intensive und Movement Research Center), Ausbildung in bewegungsanalytischem Tanz und Bewegungsnotation/Österreichische Gesellschaft für Tanztherapie;
seit 1984 als Tänzerin/Performerin in zahlreichen Produktionen (ZB. Mit Ruben Fraga, Herbert Adamec, Nigel Charnock, Bilderwerfer), sowie auch als Mitbegründerin in Produktions- und Improvisationskollektiven tätig (ZB. Kiskililla-Theater/ Körperwetter Wien/ Damen Improvisation und Herren-Bigbang);
1988 Gründung von OYA-Produktion, seither entstehen in Zusammenarbeit mit TänzerInnen, SchauspielerInnen, bildenden KünstlerInnen, MusikerInnen und Dramaturginnen Tanz-Performances, transmediale und site-spezifische Performances, performative Installationen sowie Community Art-Projekte.
Artist in Residence in Finnland (1999) und Frankreich (2003/2005);

Die Tanz-Videos HOLLY, HOLLY, HOLLYLUIA (1992, 5’) und BACKSPACE-TANZVIDEO AUS DEM FAMILIENALBUM, (1997, 5’) wurden auf internationalen Festivals und Ausstellungen präsentiert.
Initiatorin von Research- und Netzwerkprojekten:
seit Gründung 2000 Im_flieger Pilotin, künstlerische (Co-) Leiterin europäischer Austausch- und Residenzprojekte, wie CHANGING SPACES und TERRAINS FERTILES 05 (erhielt den Innovationspreis für internationale Kooperationen 05 der IG-Kultur Wien).
Kuratorin an der Schnittstelle von performativer und bildender Kunst.

Born 1961 at Vorarlberg, living in Vienna.
Studies in experimental theatre at the Dramatischen Zentrum Wien and in contemporary dance in Austria, Germany and New York (Study grants of the Austrian Ministry 92 & 95), Education in movement analyses and – notation; since 1984 working as Performer in various dance/theatre productions and collectives 1988 founding of OYA-Produktion, since then creation in cooperation with dancers, actors, musicians, visual artists, dramaturges, ... dance, trans-media and site-specific performances, installations as well as improvisation projects in Austria, Hungary, New York, Italy, Mexico, Finland and France; Production of dance-videos; Artist in Residence in Finland (1999) and France (2003/2005).
Initiation of research- and networking- projects in the field of dance/performance:
Since foundation 2000 she is artistic director of the artists’ initiative Im_flieger as well as (Co-) directing European exchange, transmedia and residence projects, like CHANGING SPACES, and CROSSBREEDS-platform 07 and TERRAINS FERTILES 05.
Im_flieger was awarded the innovation prize 2005 for international cooperation projects by the Independent Cultural Scene of Vienna (Unabhängige Kulturszene Wien) for TERRAINS FERTILES 05.
